We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead and direct all activities at our facility. The ideal candidate will manage a team, foster a positive work environment, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient branch operations. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel, performance, financial management, inventory, and daily operations. This role requires hiring, scheduling, training, developing, and supervising staff to optimize profitability by building and sustaining a loyal customer base. The compensation package for this role is negotiable based on relevant experience.
The Branch Manager position is vital within our organization, reporting directly to upper management. You will be required to work both on the floor and in the office during your assigned shift. Essential skills include understanding and guiding team members and customers, covering open shifts as needed, and working nights and weekends to ensure proper oversight.
Key responsibilities include promoting sales growth, conducting training, coaching outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and upholding company policies. You will monitor team efficiency and productivity, manage payroll budgets, and ensure staffing aligns with shop needs and seasonal traffic.
Additionally, the Branch Manager will work with the Dispatch Department for 24/7 road service coverage, manage parts inventory and ordering, and track revenue and profitability goals outlined in monthly KPIs. Coordinating with vendors for technician training and assisting with staffing needs will also be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining communication between local staff and management.
This position requires a cohesive team atmosphere, staff retention, and performance improvement. Creating a positive work environment and making recommendations on inventory trends are essential. The role is an on-site, full-time managerial position, requiring critical thinking and repair management skills. Open communication with team members regarding repairs and updates is crucial for success.
