Manufacturer, importer, designer, and worldwide distributor of home furnishings is looking for a full-time experienced E-commerce Account Manager.
The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for driving rapid revenue growth via a multitude of B2B sales channels and marketplaces, with a heavy focus on Wayfair, Amazon, Ashley, Overstock, Home Depot, Lowes, & many more.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Improve and increase our E-commerce sales, maintain outstanding ratings and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer service.
- Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.
- Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.
- Take command of aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position.
- Identify new digital trends and applications that can increase brand awareness and sales.
- Build, maintain, and evolve strong relationships with our marketplace partners and service providers.
- Grow existing and new partner channels through continuous analysis of account performance and health and identify areas to maximize opportunities for revenue growth.
- Order entry and ensuring order fulfillment promptly.
- Upload inventory and pre-sell incoming out-of-stock items.
Requirements:
- College Degree in a related field preferred
- 4 years experience in B2B E-commerce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are a must when dealing with internal team members as well as customers and clients
- Expert skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Interest and knowledge in furniture or interior design is a plus
Pay: $76,448.23 - $90,287.88 per year
