We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and supporting the daily operations of our organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Answers telephone and directs callers to destination.
2. Makes client appointments and answers inquiries.
3. Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
4. Makes copies and collates for other employees as requested.
5. Collects and distributes mail and messages.
6. Interview’s clients and secures financial information and third-party releases.
7. Enters cash receipts and charges, updates account receivable information on the computer.
8. Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries
9. Prepares cash control sheet daily or weekly as directed.
10. Makes weekly bank deposit (branch offices only).
11. Shreds confidential information when no longer required to retain.
12. Filing of client information.
13. Be responsible for ordering supplies for the Center as needed. (Branch offices)
14. Prepares and mails insurance claim forms for third party payment when required.
16. Check client Medicaid eligibility monthly and change client information in the computer if necessary.
17. Coordinate correspondence and board reports between Executive Director and Board Members
18. Other Job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay: $18.83 - $20.79 per hour
