At Greenscapes, Inc. we are committed to providing four season's landscape maintenance programs for the Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana regions. Services are performed on both a commercial and residential platform to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team to push the standard and benefit from our continual growth as a reputable landscape firm. Individual must be motivated, reliable and comfortable supervising multiple crews on a daily basis. We are seeking a team member who is willing to learn our trade and capable of moving at a fast pace to pinpoint quality business ventures and manage clean job sites.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing 20+ commercial accounts
- Establish client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction beyond expectations
- Supervise five to ten team members on a daily basis
- Utilize Hindsite as the tool to train, forecast and motivate personnel
- Anticipate and apply constructive scheduling to yield beneficial, timely business
- Meet prospective residential customers to plan, design and organize landscape projects
- Sell at profitable volumes to boost business within and beyond commercial contracts
- Salary position, based on experience- 401K and Insurance available
- Basic Requirements: - 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of aspects of commercial ground maintenance and horticulture practices
- Industry certifications or licenses (preferred)
- Experience in management or supervisor role
- Bi-Lingual is a plus, not required
- Proficient organization, knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
