Full/Part Time Server - Hudson National Golf Club

WHAT WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR:
Servers with more than one year of experience who are interested in working the entirety of the golf season. People with full-time availability during the months of April, May, September, October & November preferred (the months when we lose staff to college/high school).

Hudson National Golf Club is a prestigious private golf club located along the scenic Hudson River in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. We offer an exceptional environment for our members, featuring world-class golfing, dining, and social experiences. Our club is in season from mid-April to Thanksgiving, and we’re looking for a skilled Full-Time or Part-Time Server to join our team and provide exceptional service throughout this busy season.
Job Overview:
As a Full-Time Server at Hudson National Golf Club, you’ll be a central figure in providing a high-end experience for our members and guests. You'll be ensuring each guest enjoys top-tier service in a fast-paced yet elegant atmosphere. This full-time seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in one of the finest private golf clubs in the area, where excellence is expected in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests in a professional and engaging manner
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide a seamless service experience for our members
- Set up and break down the restaurant for special events, private functions, and tournaments
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service to ensure each guest has a memorable experience
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding the club’s level of excellence
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of serving experience, ideally in a private club or upscale hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, craft beers, and current beverage trends
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- A detail-oriented approach to service, ensuring each guest has a top-tier experience
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
