We are seeking a Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interior and exterior remodeling, windows and doors, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, siding and general maintenance person skills. Responsibilities:
- Perform remodeling, restoration, and new construction tasks
- Utilize various tools to cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets
- Repair structures by removing damaged or defective parts
- Collaborate with other carpenters and contractors on larger projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in a construction setting
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
