Our Los Angeles team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and community-focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join us.
The Bilingual Sales Associate role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with people, speaking with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, and helping connect local communities with valuable wireless programs and mobile device solutions. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you will represent our team at community events and outreach locations, educating customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, people-oriented, and excited about working in a face-to-face sales and customer support environment.
What you will do as a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Interact with customers at local community events and outreach locations to promote wireless services and device programs
- Promote available wireless programs and device solutions to eligible customers
- Guide customers through the sales process from enrolment to activations by explaining device program options using mobile technology
- Provide customers with positive and respectful customer experience that is informative
- Meet sales enrollment goals while ensuring quality customer interactions in the long-term
- Document your sales and customer activities to ensure seamless tracking
- Attend ongoing training sessions dedicated to Bilingual Sales Associates to set you up for success.
What we are looking for in a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Fluent English communication required; bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Great communications and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face, community-based setting
- Previous experience in sales or customer service beneficial but not required
- Tech-savvy and flexible to learn new technologies
- Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
