Revive and Rise Remodeling is looking for an experienced remodeling installer to join our growing team.
We specialize primarily in kitchen and bathroom remodeling and are expanding our production team to support our current workload.
This is not an entry-level helper position. We are looking for someone who already has residential remodeling experience and can complete meaningful portions of a project without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Cabinet installation
- Finish carpentry and trim
- Framing and minor structural carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Flooring installation
- Demolition and preparation
- Doors, baseboards and casing
- Fixture and accessory installation
- Jobsite protection and cleanup
- Read measurements and basic plans
- Identify and communicate jobsite problems
- Work efficiently alongside a lead remodeler
- Maintain professional standards in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Required:

☐ Able to communicate effectively with the team

You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We care more about finding someone with solid remodeling fundamentals who can solve problems, learn quickly and produce quality work.
What We Don't Want
We're not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every 15 minutes.
We're looking for someone who can be given a scope of work, understand their responsibilities, ask questions when necessary and get work completed correctly.
Opportunity for Growth
This position has room to develop into a Lead Remodeler / Crew Lead for someone who demonstrates the ability to run projects and lead other employees.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
