Looking for applicants with prior towing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of light duty ramp truck.
- Respond to cash calls, account calls, and police calls.
- Mandatory on call (Nights & Weekends)
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality.
- Haul construction equipment. Load and unload.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety.
Requirements:
- Pass RISP background check
- Pass Drug Test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card
- Must live local to Cumberland
- Ability to be locally on call after hours for cash,customer,local PD calls.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required for certain vehicles.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions and traffic situations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers or clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately.
- Physical stamina to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
