Buncha Brainiacs Learning Academy is looking for passionate, dependable, and genuinely caring Lead Teachers to join our founding team as we prepare to open our brand new early learning center in Euless, Texas.
We are building more than a daycare. Our goal is to create a safe, structured, loving environment where children feel secure, families feel supported, and teachers feel appreciated and respected.
We are looking for educators who are patient, trustworthy, team-oriented, and truly passionate about early childhood education. The right person for our team understands the importance of safety, consistency, communication, and creating meaningful connections with children and families.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Supervise children closely and ensure their safety at all times
- Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development through daily routines, learning activities, and play
- Maintain classroom structure, organization, and positive classroom management
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and team members
- Follow all Texas Child Care Minimum Standards and center policies
- Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to help create a positive, drama-free, team-focused environment
- Be dependable, punctual, and prepared to actively participate throughout the day
Qualifications
- Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and nurturing in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Must pass all required background checks and state clearances

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
