Behavior Technician

About the Role:
As a part-time/ per diem Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in-home or community settings. With a strong emphasis on clinical integrity and staff support, we provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in-home or community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:
- BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
