Seeking a HVAC Preventative Maintenance/Service Technician with minimum of 3 years experience to join our team and provide the following services:
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC systems and components.
- Repair: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and equipment, replacing worn or defective parts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Customer Service: Communicating effectively with customers about system issues, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations when working with HVAC systems.
- Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
- Emergency Repairs: Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. After-hour calls are very rare, and no on-call rotation.
