Job Summary
Skaff Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented painterto join our maintenance team in the Fargo–Moorhead area. This role is responsible for preparing and painting apartment units, common areas, and home/twin homes to maintain high-quality living environments for our residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and understands apartment turnover timelines.
What You’ll Do
· Interior painting of apartment, homes, and common areas, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
· Surface preparation drywall repair, mudding, taping, and texturing.
· Working on schedule to get units painted in a timely manor for new tenants
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
This role is a good fit for someone who:
· Previous professional painting experience preferred (apartment or commercial painting a plus)
· Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques
· Ability to perform drywall repair and patching
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Strong attention to detail and quality

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
