POSITION OVERVIEW:
Catalytic Combustion is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Coordinator. The Manufacturing Coordinator provides support to manufacturing by coordinating work orders and releasing them to operations, provides back-up support to receiving and verifying of incoming shipments including putting components in identified locations, resolve material discrepancies on work orders and other manufacturing support as needed.

Your Role on our Team:

Create work orders from engineering masters in ERP software.

Print and assemble work order traveler packets for manufacturing including drawings and quality check sheets.

Distribute work order packets to work cells.

Provide back-up support for shipping. This can include bill of lading creation, scheduling trucks, creating and printing pack lists and labels.

Back-up support for verifying incoming shipments, receiving them into ERP software and putting them away.

Back-up issuing and receiving of work orders.

Purchasing of supply or urgent stock items.

Reconcile work orders materials and resolve discrepancies
What we're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum one year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Advanced computer skills including MS Excel and Outlook are required. Must be comfortable working with formulas in Excel.
