Behavior Technician (ABA) – Part-Time
Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in home and community settings. Behavior Technicians work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support skill development.

Schedule Requirements
- Minimum commitment of 18 hours per week required.
- Availability between 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Services are provided Monday through Saturday based on client needs.
- Consistent afternoon and evening availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children.
- Collect and accurately document client data.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
- Attend required supervision meetings and training sessions.
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required if driving between client locations.

- Willingness to complete all required onboarding, compliance, and agency training.
- Ability to successfully complete DOJ and FBI fingerprint-based criminal background checks.
- Ability to provide documentation required for employment and regulatory compliance.
