35-$45/hr HIGHLY ORGANIZED, PROACTIVE, PROFESSIONAL NANNY NEEDED
Start Date: August 17th or sooner
Location: Boulder
Highly organized, fun, Christian family of 5 is need of a professional, very organized, patient, dependable nanny to care for their 3 children ages almost 9 years old and 6 year old twins. They need a nanny who can have some flexibility with her schedule, but the ideal hours are Monday 10am-7pm, Tues-Thurs 2pm-7pm. They will Guarantee 25–30 hours per week, depending on the nanny’s preferred schedule..
The ideal nanny for this job:
Takes initiative and anticipates the needs of both the children and household without being asked.
● Is highly organized, tidy, and enjoys maintaining an orderly home.
● Is kind, patient, calm, and nurturing while maintaining professional boundaries and respecting our family’s privacy.
● Can confidently lead when appropriate while also stepping into a supportive household role, including light tidying and meal preparation.
● Is creative, engaging, and enjoys planning fun, age-appropriate activities.Experience with twins is a plus, as the twins have typical sibling conflicts and benefit from someone who can calmly manage disagreements. One twin was recently diagnosed with high-functioning autism, so experience with autism, ABA, or RBT training is preferred but not required. The most important quality is someone who is patient, consistent, and able to remain calm during challenging moments.
Parenting Style:
They value kindness, respect, responsibility, and open communication. They believe in firm but fair discipline, natural consequences, consistency, and helping their children develop independence and problem-solving skills. They expect good manners and respectful behavior and ask the nanny to reinforce these values. Their children attend Catholic school, so they are looking for someone who respects and supports the family’s Catholic faith and values.
Requirements
