Why Goodwill?
Because here, your work matters.
You'll join a team that believes in second chances, fresh starts, and the power of work to transform lives. As a nonprofit organization, every client resume reviewed, every interview practiced, every employer relationship built, and every job placement achieved directly supports our mission of helping people overcome barriers and reach their full potential. The impact of your work creates a ripple effect that strengthens families and communities across West Texas. You'll leave work knowing you made a difference—and that's pretty awesome!
Your Mission
You'll be the person helping turn "I need a job" into "I got the job!"

Connect people with resources, training, employers, and community partners that can help them succeed.
