Wine and Beer Supply, LLC is looking for a driven, growth-minded warehouse professional to help grow our craft beverage business across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
We are a fast-growing, founder-led supplier and service partner to craft beverage producers, providing wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries with the products, equipment, ingredients, packaging, and support they need to operate and grow. Our team works closely with customers through every season, from planning and sourcing to harvest, bottling, packaging, and problem-solving in the cellar.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in barcode-based inventory systems, warehouse setup and organization, process implementation, problem solving and team leadership. The right candidate will understand the importance of rigid, timely and accurate inventory processes, as well as be able to flex in urgent situations to help save a customer’s day. Computer skills are just as important as forklift experience – everything in and out of the warehouse is your domain. We are looking for someone who is comfortable representing our Wine and Beer Supply warehouse with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine passion for helping producers succeed.

Responsibilities
- Manage multi-location inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and annual inventories.
- Ensure daily orders are picked, staged and QC’d on time for delivery.
- Work with regional inventory team to facilitate transfers between locations.
- Work closely with warehouse team leads to streamline processes and efficiencies across all divisions.
- Implement barcode scanning process in existing warehouse.
- Partner with management to improve workflow and minimize last minute urgencies.
- Implement safety protocols to reduce damage and incidents.
- Safely operate box truck to transfer products between Hammonton facilities.
Ideal Candidate
- Direct inventory-based warehouse management
- Experience with barcode scanner systems
- Proficient on sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks
- Quick learner of products
- Able and willing to work extended hours during spring and fall busy seasons
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Strong communicator who follows through and does what they say they will do
- Positive, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Bilingual Spanish is helpful, but not required
