Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Head Packer to support all aspects of finished product packing. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and proficient with basic computer systems.
Responsibilities

Ability to complete work instructions issued from the job card.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to follow instructions (both verbal and written)

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Location of process cards/prints
-
Paperwork/tag/lot control
-
Visual inspection as required.
-
Pack as per customer request
-
Stretch wrap.
-
Use metal and plastic bander.
-
Pack per Plex job sheet and or provided visual.
-
Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures.

Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility.

Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED

Basic computer skills required (data entry, navigating software)

Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally

Must be able to stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
