- Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty and confidence.
- Consult with clients on hair color options using color theory principles; execute coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, and full color applications.
- Utilize salon software systems like SQUARE for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and equipment regularly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Offer professional advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, threading, makeup application, nail care, and retail sales strategies.
Skills
