Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our construction team, driving excellence in a variety of building projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, oversee construction tasks, and ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within scope. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be at the forefront of construction operations, utilizing your expertise on site, and uphold safety standards across diverse job sites.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of projests specializing remodeling, and renivation projects.
- Experience/Competence with fram to finish construction.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications by conducting regular site inspections.
- Train and mentor team members in proper use of hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques such as framing/carpentry.
- Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with rebar installation, framing carpentry—including woodwork and trim carpentry.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, etc.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations.
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
