Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) may be considered
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility meetings as needed
- Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to foster communication development in the classroom and at home
- Participate in in-service programs, professional development, and school-based activities as required
