Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Director of Operations to support the day-to-day operations of multiple outpatient clinics. This position focuses on operational consistency, clinic performance, staff accountability, workflow improvement, and regulatory compliance. The Director partners with clinic leadership and executive management to ensure efficient operations and a positive patient experience.
This position is operationally focused and does not have responsibility for revenue cycle management, organizational budgeting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic business development.
Provide operational oversight and support for assigned clinic locations.
Coach and support clinic leadership to achieve operational goals and performance expectations.
Monitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
Promote consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Partner with Administration, Compliance, and Human Resources on employee relations, performance management, and staffing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA (as applicable), and other federal, state, and organizational requirements.
Assist with onboarding and training of clinic leadership and staff.
Address operational issues and collaborate with departments to implement practical solutions.
Support provider scheduling, clinic workflow, patient experience, and daily operational efficiency.
Travel to assigned clinic locations as needed.
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
Experience supervising multiple clinic locations or healthcare teams preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and outpatient clinic operations.
Proficiency with Google Workspace; Excel and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Relevant healthcare operations leadership experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Master's degree is a plus.
Salary: $80,000 annually
The compensation for this position has been established based on the responsibilities of the role and internal compensation structure. The posted salary is fixed and is not subject to negotiation.

This position requires regular travel between assigned clinic locations and the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support operational needs.
