Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical systems, appliances, HVAC/R units, refrigeration systems, and other critical infrastructure. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC/R equipment, and appliances.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems following schematics and technical specifications.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently.
- Repair or replace equipment components such as motors, pumps, valves, compressors, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing mechanical expertise and ensuring safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair, mechanical systems repair, HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation and repair processes.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies and equipment management.
- Construction experience or background in building maintenance is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or lead small teams when necessary.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
