Doc's Apothecary a recreational and Medical marijuana dispensary, is looking for a motivated, positive, and eager candidate to join our team as a full time Budtender/Lead Budtender. An ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, experience is not required.
We are looking to fill a Full-time Budtender/Lead Budtender position with OPEN availability. The shifts you would be working are Friday & Saturday & Monday 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM ; 11:30 AM - 10:30PM and on Sundays 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Daily Budtending duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers upon arrival, and providing knowledge about specials, sales, and products within the store.
- Upselling and promoting products and the store
- Quickly and efficiently fill orders, while maintaining quality friendly customer service.
- Accurately perform cash transactions, discount applications and use Point of Sale System (POS) (FLOWHUB)
- Follow security measures and safety compliance
- Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the store are well cared for
- Maintain a clean, presentable work area at all times.
- Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, operational guidelines, federal, state and city guidelines
- Opening and Closing the store
- Getting staff members change
- Handle upset Customers

Qualifications:
- 21 Years of age and have an active MED badge with the State of Colorado
- Colorado Drivers License or State ID
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Open availability, Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, or bend for long periods of time
- Able to lift, carry and balance 50lbs by self. (100lbs with assistance)
- Must be able to work around all smells of the dispensary
