Qualifications:
1. Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Feels called to serve God in this position.
2. Be in good standing and active in a church body.
3. Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.
4. Agree with and be willing to uphold the RPRC Statement of Faith, Statement of Principles and Policies of RPRC.
5. Be able to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement and direction to the staff and volunteers.
6. Be able to prioritize and carry out all responsibilities with little or no supervision.
7. Exhibit strong skills in interpersonal communication, public speaking, writing, problem solving and management of both staff and volunteers.
8. Be willing and able to participate in an annual strategic planning retreat with the Board of Directors and be willing to attend Board approved director-training conferences.
9. Be dependable, organized, flexible, enthusiastic and teachable
Pay: From $23,000.00 per year
