- Maintain smooth flow of guest seating, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to optimize service
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience
- Keep the host stand organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Support team members in delivering exceptional guest services and uphold high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in hotel or guest services is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated hospitality skills, including serving and customer service expertise
- Reliable team player with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
