ROOFING DOOR KNOCKER / INSPECTION SETTER (1099 – COMMISSION ONLY)
We are hiring motivated door knockers to set roof inspections for a high-volume roofing operation.
You do NOT need roofing experience.
PAY STRUCTURE:
- 10% commission per closed roof ($20,000 avg roof = ~$2,000 per job total split)
- Paid:
- 5% after insurance first check is received
- 5% after job completion and final payment
Average earn per closed roof: ~$2,000
YOUR JOB:
- Door knock residential neighborhoods
- Identify potential storm damage roofs
- Set qualified inspections
- Hand everything off — we handle:
- inspections
- insurance claim
- adjuster meetings
- closing
- crews and production
- payments
WHAT YOU NEED:
- High energy
- Coachable
- Comfortable talking to homeowners
- Willing to work commission-only
No experience required — we train everything.
IMPORTANT:
- 100% commission (no base pay)
- This is performance-based income only

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
