We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Associate based in our Southaven, Mississippi Distribution Center. The position will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and meeting company standards by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, labelling, Inspecting, packing and shipping orders for pickup and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
- Maintain the ability to determine the status of an order at any given time
- Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving and storing functions as required
- Complete all documentation and requirements relating to inbound and outbound orders
- Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory through audits
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
- Communicate positively with leads, supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers
- Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
- Process returns accurately
- Follow all established policy and safety guidelines
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Assist in keeping facility secure
- Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
- Follow company policies and procedures including ISO and ESD
- Validate and comply with customers special instructions and if issues arise e/mail sales associates
- Recognizes and understands product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Understands inventory and warehousing processes and procedures
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Must be able to drive and operate a forklift
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
- Forklift certification a must
- The Warehouse Associate must be able to read, count accurately, do basic math, and write legibly
- The ability to follow directions is extremely important
- Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment is beneficial
- Basic computer skills required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend twist, stoop, reach and climb
- Lift materials up to 75 lbs.
- Must also be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
