Pay: Up to $35, Based Upon Experience
Per Diem: $100 if over 75 mi to Site
We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our HVAC Team in Decatur, AL. This position involves hands-on work installing, fabricating, and maintaining HVAC and sheet metal systems on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Install, assemble, and secure HVAC equipment and duct systems according to plans and specifications.

Fabricate and fit sheet metal components including ducts, fittings, and transitions.

Assist with layout, measurement, and material preparation.

Perform repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance as directed.

Work under the supervision of the HVAC Supervisor to ensure quality and efficiency.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Support other trades and crew members as needed to complete project goals.

Minimum 5 year of experience in HVAC installation or sheet metal work.

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or drawings.

Familiarity with hand and power tools used in HVAC and sheet metal work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work outdoors and in a variety of construction environments.

Trade school or apprenticeship experience in HVAC or sheet metal.

EPA certification.

OSHA 10 certification.
