**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
**Duties:**
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or provide additional information.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable resolutions promptly.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
