Pressure Washing Driver
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pressure Washing Driver to perform commercial and retail pressure washing services. This position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), safe driving habits, and the ability to operate pressure washing equipment and company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles and pressure washing equipment at commercial and retail properties.
- Perform pressure washing and power washing of:
- Building exteriors and sidewalks
- Storefronts and shopping centers
- Parking lots and parking garages
- Concrete walkways, curbs, and loading areas
- Pavers and other hardscape surfaces
- Perform paver cleaning, maintenance, sanding, and sealing.
- Apply appropriate sealers and surface treatments to pavers and hardscape areas.
- Properly set up, operate, maintain, and secure pressure washing equipment, hoses, pumps, surface cleaners, and related tools.
- Follow proper procedures for chemical handling, dilution, application, and storage.
- Protect surrounding landscaping, buildings, vehicles, and other property during cleaning operations.
- Inspect work areas before and after service to ensure quality and identify potential hazards or damage.
- Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials.
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records, mileage, equipment logs, and job documentation as required.
- Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and customer-specific site rules.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, property managers, and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime based on customer and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a good/satisfactory MVR required.
- Previous pressure washing, power washing, hardscape, janitorial, landscaping, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial and retail pressure washing strongly preferred.
- Experience cleaning and sealing pavers and parking garages is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment and related tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, hoses, chemicals, and materials.
- Ability to work in wet, dirty, noisy, and outdoor environments.
- Ability to safely handle high-pressure water equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Driver Requirements: A valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR are required as a condition of employment. Candidates must demonstrate safe driving practices and comply with company vehicle and safety policies.

Sunday to Saturday (schedule varies) Must be flexible per project.
Willing to go to Southern California in the summer for 2-3 months.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
