We believe great groomers deserve great pay. Base range averages $45k-$65+k plus tips, with tips averaging 20%+ = real earning potential! Compensation is competitive and tailored to your experience — and we're always open to the conversation. Commission or hourly is negotiable. Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $500 and over $1000 for senior-level groomers.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand grooming preferences and ensure expectations are met
- Perform safe, high-quality grooming services for dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Use our user-friendly software to manage appointments and client records
- Manage your own grooming appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients regarding services, expectations, and policies
- Ensure clients understand vaccination requirements and verify that proper vaccination records are on file for all dogs entering the grooming salon
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members across all service departments (daycare, boarding, and retail) to ensure seamless care and a positive experience for every pet
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset by supporting colleagues, sharing information, and contributing to a collaborative workplace
Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of professional dog grooming experience
- Ability to confidently groom dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments - training is provided to help you strengthen your skills.
- Strong animal handling skills and calm demeanor, even with high-energy dogs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team mentality
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
