- Total Operational Ownership: Oversee all FOH &BOH operations, executing a high-volume service culture that emphasizes extraordinary, upscale hospitality.
- Financial Accountability: Own full fiscal responsibility of the restaurant P&L, including budget creation, sales forecasting, labor efficiencies, inventory tracking, and aggressive variance management via platforms like Toast and Restaurant 365.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a large staff of hourly team members and 5 salaried management reports, actively building a localized leadership bench.
- Brand Culture & Execution: Maintain uncompromising standards for premium, scratch-made culinary offerings, artisan cocktail programs, and a high-energy environment.
- Strategic Expansion Support: Champion local marketing, coordinate vendor networks, and lead by example through hands-on servant leadership to sustain an ego-free, high-accountability team workplace.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner or AGM within a high-volume ($6M+ annual revenue), upscale, or fine dining environment.
- Well-rounded expertise across both front-of-house hospitality dynamics and back-of-house operational workflows.
- Elite financial acumen with a demonstrated history of controlling labor/food costs, navigating complex P&Ls, and achieving key KPI targets.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to maintain energy, deliver critical feedback, and cultivate a service-first team environment.
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, structured on quarterly KPI goals with maximum payout potential for successful leaders.
