THE JOB
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Compensation is starting at $16.00 per hour for Morning and Daytime Shifts
- Our schedules include Morning (6a-2p), Mid Day (2p-10p), and Overnight (10p-6a)
WHO WE ARE
HISway LLC is a company that provides in-home care for disabled adults. HISway not only cares for the participants but for the staff as well. We strive to support our employees in a happy, safe and healthy environment. We offer additional pay for weekends, extra shifts and CNA certification.
THE DUTIES
- Our staff assist participants with daily life and programs in their homes and in the community
- Work together with other direct care staff in the home supporting the participant with a better quality of life
- Assist with formal programs and support the participant to help themselves
- Planning menus, appointments and organizing a schedule
- As needed, transport the participant to their scheduled activities in the community and keeping them safe. All mileage is reimbursed
- Assist with medications and accurately documenting as required
COMPENSATION
- Extra pay for weekends
- Extra pay for extra shifts (in addition to overtime pay)
- Extra pay for CNA certification
