As the first person our customers see when they walk into our service department, you are the face of our dealership. In Vernal, a vehicle is more than transportation—it’s essential for work, family life, and getting into the mountains. We’re looking for a highly organized, friendly professional who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our friends get back on the road safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Liaison: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and document issues clearly for our technicians.
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage the service department’s daily calendar to maximize shop flow and minimize customer wait times.
- Expert Advice: Consult with customers on required maintenance and necessary repairs, providing transparent cost estimates and timelines.
- Workflow Management: Act as the bridge between the front desk and the shop floor, tracking the status of every vehicle and providing regular updates to owners.
- Quality Control: Review completed work orders to ensure all customer concerns were addressed before vehicle pickup.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be as comfortable talking to a rancher as you are a corporate fleet manager.
- Organization: The ability to juggle multiple phone lines, walk-in customers, and technician requests without losing your cool.
- Integrity: We live and work in this community. Honesty and transparency are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dealership, retail management, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
