Pool Maintenance Technician
We are a growing and reputable pool service company that has an immediate opening for a Pool Cleaning Technician! This is a full-time W-2 position that will be responsible for a weekly residential pool route.
This position will be in our Pool Cleaning Department and will report directly to our pool cleaning manager.
Requirements of a Pool Maintenance Technician:
Must be 19 years or older
Must be physically able to be outdoors all day year-round in heat, rain, and cold temperatures.
Ability to lift 50lbs of equipment or chemicals
Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid Texas driver’s license
Job responsibilities include:
- A technician is responsible for a pool route of approximately 50-55 pools or a combination of pool route and filter cleans. This will depend on the applicant’s experience.
Pay and benefits include:
- Earning Potential Anywhere Between $865-$925/wk (this is dependent upon your experience and amount of work you are able to complete within a week.)
- An experienced technician with a minimum of 1 year experience will receive a $2,000 Signing Bonus Paid over the first 4 months of employment

- Additional Earnings Possible by sales bonuses, commission on parts/repairs, and adding filter cleans to your pool cleaning route
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker of the highest moral character and integrity. Our customers pay a premium for our service so our employees are expected to be absolute experts in properly balancing chemicals and they must not leave a job until it is perfect and completed properly. Attention to detail and impeccable customer service are a must. Company truck would be provided. Applicant must have a workable smartphone. This is a long-term permanent W-2 position. Our customers are mostly in the N. Fort Worth, Trophy Club, Keller, Southlake, Grapevine area so it would be preferred that applicants live within 30 miles of our service area.
Qualifications
- Pool maintenance and cleaning experience
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
