Role Purpose: The role of a Sales and Marketing Manager is specifically tailored to attract and retain guests, increase revenue,
and promote the unique experiences offered. The Sales and Marketing Manager will spend 60% of their time
working on sales initiatives and 40% of their time working on various marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Financial Management
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a sale and marketing budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently to various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure optimal use of the budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Operational Management
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing
channels.
- Implement SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies to drive online
engagement.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Develop and maintain sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and
digital content
- Staff Management
- Ensure the marketing and sales team has access to the necessary tools, technology, and resources to
perform their duties effectively.
- Manage the marketing budget for team resources and training.
- Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing assistance and support throughout the booking
process.
- Communicate with clients to confirm details, address inquiries or concerns, and provide updates
on the status of bookings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Education & Qualifications:
- Highschool or GED equivalent.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must be able to work up tp fifty hours per week.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Desirable - AA or BA in business management or relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with an FEC or restaurant in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience in a high-volume environment.
- Desirable - Previous experience at an FEC or restaurant
