Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Pay: $70,000/annually; can increase with education and experience

What you will do: The Site’s Health Services Administrator is a key member on the Management Team responsible for direction, direct service, and supervision of the medical department. As a HSA, you will ensure compliance across the facility with contracting and ACA standards while also monitoring and determining appropriate level of care for students within our facility. As the HSA, you will be supervising all medical staff on-site and coordinating medical services to ensure quality delivery for our student athletes that we serve; this may include scheduling medical appointments, communicating with placement agencies, and ensuring students are enrolled into some form of medical insurance. As the HSA, you may need to provide direct student care on an as needed basis.
To be considered you should: Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related health care field ~ current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas is required ~ Minimum of two years of previous medical services administration ~ Prior supervisory experience is required ~Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ meet the requirements to be an eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; hours may vary based on need.
