Broten Garage Door Sales is seeking a Sales Closer to help convert unsold quotes into happy customers. If you’re confident, persuasive, and skilled at connecting with people over the phone, this is your opportunity to grow your career with an established, trusted company.
Position Overview
The Sales Closer is responsible for reaching out to customers who received quotes but haven’t yet purchased. You’ll follow up by phone and email — understanding their needs, answering questions, and overcoming objections to close the sale or schedule an appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Close unsold leads and open quotes on the phone
- Engage customers in friendly, professional conversations that build trust and encourage action.
- Identify obstacles or hesitations and present solutions to help close the sale.
- Track all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, especially phone-based or inside sales. Minimum of 5 years.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close confidently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- This position is not customer service.
