Job Summary:
Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.
Experience:
-
Three to five years of experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
-
Active Florida license required.
-
DEA license required.
-
BLS certification required.
-
Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.
