Position: Shop Fabricator / Installer (Small Projects)

BNB Metals, LLC is a growing ornamental and miscellaneous metal subcontractor based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We specialize in high-quality custom metalwork for residential and commercial projects throughout South Florida.
We are seeking a Shop Fabricator / Installer to support small-scale projects from fabrication through installation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working both in the shop and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate small metal projects such as storefronts, gates, and miscellaneous items
- Operate shop equipment including saws, drills, and grinders
- Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
- Assist with layout, assembly, and preparation of materials
- Install finished products at local job sites
- Coordinate basic job tasks and complete work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and/or installation
- Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings
- Experience with common installation methods (anchoring, leveling, fastening)
- Comfortable working in both shop and field environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift experience is a plus
