The Project Coordinator works closely with field supervisors and office staff to help keep construction projects on schedule and within budget by monitoring project revenue, materials, and expenses. We are looking for an organized and proactive administrative Project Coordinator to support our team by connecting administrative operations with project management, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project coordination and Administrative Operations

Coordinate and process general administrative work (time sheets, vacation requests, supply requisitions, etc.) for supervisor's signature.

Process PO requests.

Perform a variety of accounting tasks related to the collection of cost data required to monitor project budgets and schedules.

Maintain project documentation.

Contract review and set-up.

Process customer pre-liens and supplier waivers.

Resource monitoring – materials procurement and equipment scheduling.

Relationship managements – internal and external.

Compile data and information from technical and accounting sources; calculations and summarizations of same as directed.

Observe safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

General construction knowledge.
- A general accounting background.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
