Position Overview
Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a Work Camper Couple to assist with marina/maintenance operations and front desk/customer service at Cotton Patch Landing. This role is ideal for couples who are reliable, friendly, and enjoy hands-on work in a campground and marina setting.

Commitment: Minimum 6 months, however the ideal candidates are interesting in staying and growing with us long-term (starting asap)

Hours: 25–40 hours/week
This role offers opportunities for long-term growth—past work campers have been promoted to General Manager positions within our organization.
Duties
Marina & Maintenance:

Assist with marina and boat storage operations

Perform basic maintenance and repairs on facilities and grounds

Maintain cleanliness and overall appeal of campground and marina

Support daily operations
Front Desk & Customer Service:

Welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs

Handle reservations, store register and inventory

Answer questions in person and over the phone

Provide information on amenities, activities, and local attractions
Compensation & Perks
