Flexible Scheduling
- 8-hour, 12-hour, and 16-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts available
Competitive Pay
- RNs: Up to $54/hour
- LPNs: Up to $50/hour
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- Geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care and physician visits
- Assist with admissions and hospital returns
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Support daily care activities and supervise staff as needed
- Complete documentation and collaborate with the care team
