We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s hands-on, motivated, and ready to lead with integrity. In this role, you’ll help manage daily operations, support and train team members, and ensure a consistent, safe, and friendly customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in overseeing all site operations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service
- Support employee training, development, and engagement
- Monitor equipment and cleanliness for optimal wash performance
- Handle basic troubleshooting and report maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (car wash experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety and a positive team culture
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and on your feet
