Production scheduler/Inside Sales Representative
We are a glass manufacturing company that primarily services the PNW area. We are searching for a scheduler/inside sales representative to add to our office team, this position does not require any cold calling or chasing down sales, the primary focus is centered on customer service. As a production scheduler you will monitor capacity/lead time and communicate frequently with production manager.
This position requires multitasking and fast learning skills along with a positive attitude, reliable memory, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and consistent attendance. The ability to collaborate well with coworkers is vital in our close office environment.
Primary daily tasks include:
· Produce production paperwork in daily batches based on set capacities and fluctuating incoming orders
· Efficiently manage paperwork changes for rush requests and inventory/capacity variations
· Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
· Assist with order entry throughout the day as needed
· Double checking entered orders for accuracy

Hours: Monday – Friday, preferably 8am-4pm
Possible overtime occasionally (never weekends)
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour +depending on experience
