KCU Impact Enterprises, LLC is an entertainment company comprised of multiple sub-businesses that are dedicated to helping artists and creatives to grow and advance their careers. Services from vocal coaching, logistics and coordination for their own personal projects, to having a hub to get booked for shows, concerts, and events.

This is a purpose-driven opportunity. While gigs will be paid, some promo shoots may not, especially in the early stages.
As a Dancer, you will play a direct role in expanding our network of creatives as we continue to advance and cultivate a thriving creative community for emerging artists. We are currently building the performance team for one of our featured artists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 Years Dance Experience
- Must be 20+ years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Dance style experience: contemporary dance, Hip-Hop, jazz.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
- Professional, effective, and empathetic communication skills, with a focus on team building.
- Desire to build dance resume, network, and skillset.
Qualities of the Best Candidate:
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
- Have outstanding customer service skills.
- Understand what it takes to be successful and willing to commit to the work.
- Accountable and a team player.
- Eagerly accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Have a positive outlook – cup is always half full.
- Establish exceptional physical fitness/endurance levels to perform this role successfully.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students of all ages.
- Any other duties as assigned by the KCU Impact Enterprises, LLC management.
Responsibilities:
- Learning all required choreography for concerts, shows, or any event the dancer is booked for.
- Attend required rehearsals.
- Have a positive attitude in rehearsals.
- Pursue ongoing dance training.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with choreographers, artistic directors, and production staff regarding scheduling, availability, and any relevant concerns or issues.
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of fellow dancers.
- Come makeup and wardrobe ready to all performances.
Compensation
Pay: $250.00 - $400.00 per day
