Summer Job Coach for Center for Learning and Independence at Manasquan High School
Position Available for Summer 2026 Extended School Year Program
(Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., July 6 - August 6, 2026)
Assists the Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Transition Coordinator in providing instruction for adolescents and young adults with behavioral and cognitive disabilities in the classroom, community, and work-based settings. This position is dedicated to increasing social skills, functional skills, self-regulatory skills, and promoting independence. This position will work closely with the teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Transition Coordinator in helping the students decrease maladaptive behaviors that prevent the student from developing to his/her full potential while systematically increasing socially appropriate behaviors.
Qualifications:

Minimum 60 college credits.

ABA experience preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Terms of Employment:

5 hours per day during ESY schedule, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., July 6 - August 6, 2026

Hourly pay rate: $27.60.
