Growing company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and construction equipment used in microtrenching operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair gasoline and diesel pickup trucks and service vehicles
Service and repair cutting equipment and saws used in microtrenching work
Maintain vacuum trucks, Bobcat equipment, Ditch Witch units, and similar machinery
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
Perform routine inspections and document completed maintenance
Support both shop and field operations when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as an automotive or heavy equipment mechanic
Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines
Experience with construction or utility equipment preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver’s license preferred
